Julius Ballo and Roman Reyes made their fight official for Ballo’s homecoming at Frontwave Arena in Oceanside, California.

Ballo tipped the scales at 132.2lbs, while Reyes came in at 129.6lbs for their scheduled lightweight bout.

The 22-year-old Ballo, 2-0, will be fighting in the San Diego area for the first time in his career. A decorated amateur, Ballo turned pro in July. In December, he won a six-round unanimous decision over Juan Centeno.

Reyes, 6-1 (5 KOs), lost his unbeaten record to up-and-coming prospect Troy Nash Jnr in 2024. He rebounded in 2025, defeating Matias Agustin Arriagada via a knockout. Reyes, of Greenville, South Carolina, turned pro in 2022, and four of his seven fights have ended in the first two rounds.

In the co-feature, Jonny Mansour, Ballo’s cousin, weighed in at 134.0lbs, while William King came in a pound less at 133.0lbs.

Mansour, 6-0 (2 KOs), fought three times in 2025. A 25-year-old from La Mesa, California, Mansour won a six-round unanimous decision over Marco Antonio Juarez in December. Against King, he will be fighting for the third time in the San Diego region.

King, 6-3-2 (3 KOs), enters the fight on a 1-3-1 skid over his past five fights. A 30-year-old from Perris, California, King lost a unanimous decision to Michael Bracamontes in November. He represents the biggest step up in competition for Mansour in his career.

The card is promoted by Ballo, his father Yasir “Jack” Ballo, and Mansour.
